Single-room concrete modules — a Toilet Box, Kitchen Box or Bedroom Box, each 2.3 × 2.5 m and factory-finished inside and out. Use one on its own, or combine several into a studio, cabin or full home.
On a traditional build, the bathroom and the kitchen are the slowest and most expensive rooms of all — waterproofing, plumbing, tiling, cabinetry and a queue of trades, all done on site over weeks.
Our Toilet and Kitchen boxes arrive with that work already finished: fitted out, plumbed, tiled and quality-checked in the factory. On site they're simply craned into place and connected — so the complex, costly part is handled before the module even ships.
Each is a complete, single-room concrete module — 5.75 m², 2.3 × 2.5 m and 3 m tall — factory-finished and delivered ready to connect.
A complete bathroom in a box — walk-in shower, toilet and stone-top vanity, fully plumbed and tiled.
A full kitchen module — benchtops, cabinetry, cooktop and sink, plumbed and wired ready to connect.
A private bedroom module with a built-in desk, shelving and bed — fully glazed for light and garden views.
Every box is a finished room. Line up a Kitchen, Bedroom and Toilet box for a self-contained studio, or add more modules for a one or two-bedroom home.
Modules join side by side — a two-box layout is about 11.5 m², a three-box home about 15.9 m². We handle the transport, crane and connection on site.
